SMUDGES This listing is for a bundle of white sage smudges each roughly 3 to 4 inches long.

HEALING white sage is used in a similar way to it's cousin white sage for healing and clearing negative energies from a person, animal or place. It is said to help relieve anxiety and promote positive thoughts.

WARM The smell is warming, slightly peppery ad comforting.

DIRECTIONS You can burn these as you would any other smudge. Turn them to 45 degrees, light the end, allow it to flame for about 30 seconds and then blow out. Keep the smudge burning in a suitable container such as a shell or cauldron. Alternatively you can break the smudge apart and crumble the leaves and stems onto a charcoal disc and burn them that way.

CRUMBLY Please remember these are a natural products. Bits may have fallen out into the package. Don't worry about that, use everything. Take any fallen pieces out of the package and put them to one side (these can be burnt in a suitable heat proof container). The woody stems can also be used.
