USES: 

- Rub in product onto palms, cup your hands around your nose - inhale when needed.

- Temple points, behind your neck and shoulders. 

Gently massage the Temple Balm into your temples or any pulse point and take a moment to breathe in the soothing fragrance and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.
