HIMALAYAN SALT CRYSTAL SOAP & MASSAGE STONE ROUND 

Himalayan salt has a rich mineral content containing more than 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron. A blessing for our body and skin. Himalayan salt stones are therefore very popular. They have a versatile application for skin care, deodorant and massage.

In addition to sodium chloride, skin care

Himalayan salt also contains all kinds of essential minerals and trace elements that have a blood pressure lowering, vitalizing, disinfecting and antibacterial effect. Suitable for skin complaints such as eczema and acne and also for sweaty feet or athlete's foot.

How to use: Wet the salt crystal stone just like you would with a bar of soap and rub it all over your body. Then rinse with water if necessary, but you can also leave the salt on your skin until the next day and then rinse. Over time, the stone will fall apart, use the grit for a foot bath.

Deodorant

The anti-bacterial effect makes Himalayan salt very suitable as a deodorant stone. The salt leaves a protective layer that helps prevent the formation of odor-causing bacteria. A natural, chemical-free alternative to commercial deodorants.

How to use:  Wet the stone and smooth under your armpits as you would with any other deodorant stick. 

Hymalayan Salt massage stone

Massage with a salt crystal massage stone improves the blood circulation of skin, muscles and connective tissue. It has a relaxing and detoxifying effect, purifies and softens the skin.

How to use:  Heat the massage stone with the warmth of your hands or in, for example, a microwave . Massage the larger body surfaces with the flat surfaces of the massage stone and the pressure points and smaller body areas with the rounded ends.

To facilitate the massage, a massage oil can also be used (eg jojoba oil or coconut oil). However, due to the porous nature of the salt crystal stones, they can no longer be rubbed oil-free, so keep that in mind.
